Management and Security
Your on-site managers will not only take care of the building on a daily basis, but assist you with whatever you need. They can help arrange housekeeping services, dry cleaning, or maintain your residence while you go on an extended trip.

Managers will call you when someone is waiting for you in the lobby, they'll watch you on camera when you walk from your car. An attendant will be on site all through the night to give you that extra peace of mind.

Common Areas
You and your guests can wait in comfort in the beautifully appointed lobby. You can be dropped off or picked up under a covered canopy in the handsome drive-in courtyard.

Parking and Storage
Park in an enclosed, monitored garage below the building. Large storage lockers are available here for those rarely-used items you don't want cluttering your home.

Peace and Quiet and Fresh Air
For exceptional air quality, a 21st century air handling system will pre-filter and dehumidify the air before it even gets to your residence, where your individual AC takes over for your personal comfort. The Nokonah's high level of construction results in superior acoustical comfort. Concrete construction means excellent floor-to-floor sound insulation.

The Nokonah Club
The second floor of the south wing has been designed to provide residents with the facilities of their own private club.

The sundeck area with outdoor pool and lounges can be a gathering place or a place for serious lap swimming.

Looking onto the pool from behind glass walls is a health and fitness center with a wide range of the latest exercise equipment. The Building Director will manage the facility and help schedule your private workouts and sessions with your personal trainer.

To the east of the pool is a versatile club room which can be used for a wide variety of purposes, from yoga class to a hospitality center for meetings or entertaining.
